Members from Victoria Island and Lekki districts gathered for the first Sabbath service of a new congregation serving residents of the growing Eko Atlantic city.
The conference President described the plant as a step toward one of the conference's priorities: reaching the professionals and families moving into new developments along the Atlantic coast.
The congregation will meet weekly in a rented hall while the conference works on a permanent site. Small groups have already started in three residential towers.
